Marci S. Thomas, CPA, MHA
Marci Thomas is a clinical assistant professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she teaches financial leadership, governance, financial management and strategy. She is also a nationally recognized author and speaker who is committed to working with nonprofit organizations and their advisors in the areas of governance, internal control, risk assessment, financial accounting and disclosure and OMB Circular A-133. Marci is a CPA, licensed in the states of Georgia and North Carolina.
Kim Strom-Gottfried, PhD

Kim is a endowed professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a licensed social worker and has extensive practice experience as a planner and administrator in public and nonprofit sector mental health services. She is a nationally recognized author, trainer and consultant on professional misconduct and on ethical decision making.
